PESHAWAR – The World Food Programme (WFP) will continue to help the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government in provision of food and ration facilities to the Temporarily Displaced Persons (TDPs) of FATA living in different parts of the province.
This assurance was given by a high level mission of the WFP that met Pakhtunkhwa Secretary Relief Ahmed Hanif Orakzai here on Thursday. The mission discussed with him matters for assisting TDPs and victims of natural calamities.
The head of the mission said the WFP has continued food to the TDPs living in different areas of Pakthunkhwa and will continue help of the provincial government in this regard. The secretary relief thanked the WFP for providing food and ration to the TDPs and flood affectees.
